Refund policy

1. Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty tools cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. How to Start a Return: Email us at [noureaskin@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and address.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll refund you to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund
