Shipping Rates & Tracking

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 Since we process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters fulfillment and can’t be changed.

Delays

Lost or Undelivered Packages

 If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For packages marked lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
